1. PUBLICATION OF MY WORK

I authorize the editorial staff of the photo-magazine DER GREIF to publish my works, that is, all texts and photos I submit, in the photo-magazine DER GREIF and on the corresponding website “http://www.dergreif-online.de”.

I agree that images of the final layout of the magazine can be used for digital or printed advertisment for the magazine or related events.

I agree that sole the editorial staff is in authority to take decisions as to the manner in which my photos and/or texts shall be integrated into the lay-out and that design issues are exclusively and entirely incumbent upon them.

I note that DER GREIF does not guarantee the actual publication of my photos and/or texts.


2. PUBLICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

I agree to the publication of my full name in the photo-magazine DER GREIF and on the website “http://www.dergreif-online.de”.
Any further personal data will only be published in case of my agreement (checkboxes within application).


3. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

All personal data will be stored for the purpose of administration and organisation of the following issue.
Afterwards this data will be deleted.
Personal data will NOT be forwarded to third party.


4. DECLARATION OF COPYRIGHT

I assure that I am the solitary author of all texts and/or photos submitted to the editorial staff.


5. AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION

I assure that the pictured people agree with the publication of their portraiture.
I assure that the parents of pictured children agree with the publication of their children’s portraiture.
I assure that I do not impinge upon any personal rights of any third person by my submitted work.


6. DISCLAIMER

I am liable for all submitted work.
I indemnify the editorial staff of DER GREIF from any claims of any third person.
I am liable for any damage caused particularly by the violation of articles 4 and 5.


7. ACQUIRING COPIES

In case of publication of my work in the following issue of DER GREIF, I will receive one free copy of this issue.


8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICATION OF LAW

Place of general jurisdiction is Augsburg. German law is applied. The german text is juridical valid.
